Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the ConnectorPOS social media publishing tool at post.connectorpos.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets authorized users upload video and image content, write captions, and schedule or immediately publish that content to social media accounts they own or manage, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
2. Accounts and access
Access is limited to users we authorize. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Connecting social accounts
When you connect a social media account, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf only as needed to publish content you choose. You can disconnect an account at any time in the Service or in that platform's settings. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights to publish it and that it does not break any law or any platform's community guidelines. We do not claim any rights to your content beyond what is needed to store and publish it for you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish spam, misleading, illegal, infringing or harmful content, or to access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every scheduled post will be accepted by each platform. Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ConnectorPOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are broken. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
