This Privacy Policy explains how ConnectorPOS ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our social media publishing tool at post.connectorpos.com (the "Service"). The Service lets authorized users schedule and publish video and image content to their own social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

1. Information we collect

Account information: the name and email address you use to sign in to the Service.
Connected social accounts: when you connect a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account, we receive an access token and basic profile information from that platform (for TikTok: open ID, display name, avatar, username and profile link, through the user.info.basic and user.info.profile scopes).
Content you upload: videos, images, captions and scheduling settings you create in the Service.
Technical data: server logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

To publish the content you choose, at the time you choose, to the accounts you connected (for TikTok, using the video.upload and video.publish scopes).
To show you which accounts are connected and the status of your posts.
To keep the Service secure and working.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or post anything to your accounts without your instruction.

3. Sharing

We share content and data only with the platform you choose to publish to (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google), and with infrastructure providers that host the Service on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we control. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you request. We use HTTPS for all connections.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account or connection is active. You can disconnect a social account at any time in the Service, which deletes its stored access token. You can also revoke access directly in your TikTok, Instagram or Google account settings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will do so within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
